$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install cloudfoundry-client 

cloudfoundry-client is installed in your system.

Make ensure the cloudfoundry-client package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cloudfoundry-client *
